These terms cover this website. Omnivox is not on sale yet, so nothing here is a contract to buy or supply a device.
What this site is
This is a pre-launch site. It describes a device we are building and lets you join a waitlist. Joining the waitlist is not an order, reserves no unit, and creates no obligation on either side.
Prices and specifications
The $399 price, the hardware description and the four-tier behaviour describe what we intend to ship. Any of it may change before release. Prices exclude tax, shipping and customs, which depend on where you are.
Comparisons with other products
The cost chart and the capability table reflect competitor pricing and behaviour as we tested and recorded it in September 2026, and competitors are described rather than named. Other products change their prices and their features, so treat these as a snapshot rather than a live comparison.
Using the site
You may read, quote and link to this site. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit an address you do not control.
Our content
The Omnivox name, logo, copy and images on this site belong to us. Third-party product names and logos shown as compatible applications belong to their respective owners and appear only to indicate compatibility.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every figure is current or that the site is always available.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or from decisions made on the strength of the information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves toward release. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, and the courts of Taiwan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
